Our client in Nutley, NJ is looking for 2 CRA's to join their Rheumatoid Arthritis team.

Specific experience:

2 years minimum of monitoring/ industry experience as a Clinical Research Associate with a pharmaceutical client.

The following criteria are considered by our client when selecting candidates:

-Relevant therapeutic area experience preferred: Rheumatoid Arthritis
-Solid experience working as an in-house CRA for pharma company or CRO
-Monitoring experience a plus
-In-depth understanding of ICH/GCP
-Hands on experience with study startup activities
-Hands on experience with data review, data discrepancy management, database locks
-Strong communication skills; ability to interact effectively with many different personalities

-Good critical reasoning skills - able to think through problems, identify issues and determine possible solutions.
