Xencor is seeking a Corporate Contract Recruiter. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have several years staffing experience and a degree in scientific related studies.

 

Will be required to:Heavily interface with hiring managers and executives.  Manage the recruiting process and provide recruitment strategies as needed. Develop/Implement a recruiting plan.  Source, initially interview, assess and present qualified candidates for research and development positions.  Facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates by working closely with the Human Resources Director.  Ensure that all recruiting is conducted within legal parameters.  REQUIREMENTS 4 year degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech recruiting experience, specifically in R&D and in Clinical Development.Strong sourcing capabilitiesMust have experience interfacing with managers & executives.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Commitment to detail. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
