International BioResources is an expanding source plasma collection company with centers across the nation. As a DMS Implementation Coordinator in our Tuscaloosa, AL location, you will supervise the installation of the DMS system in IBR plasma centers. Fifth Dimension Information Management's Donor Management System (DMS) is a regulated Computer System, consisting of a software application, hardware and interfaces, which automates the business and record-keeping processes of IBR's plasma collection operations. You will facilitate the introduction of, and verify the performance and functionality of DMS in newly-opened IBR plasma centers as well as those converted from the manual process. You will also provide on-site technical and operations support, verify DMS training records, and identify/assist with special training.

Position requires High School diploma or GED, and a minimum of four years' experience working in a cGMP industry with emphasis on computer system validation, installation or customer service. Certification in regulated computer software and hardware systems is highly desirable. Experience with DMS or equivalent system(s) a plus.

Excellent customer service, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills are required, as is a sense of urgency in completing duties. Must be proficient in MS Office. Position requires that the incumbent be "on the road" approximately 75% of the time. Individual may work out of the home.
