Data Entry Specialist with technical skills, Excel and writing- Contract/Temp

Our high profile Fortune 500 client has asked Conexis to identify and place for an outstanding contract/temp opportunity a strong candidate for a Documentation Control Professional or Clinical Data Entry specialist position for someone familiar with Excel and preferably a Medical, Clinical or Quality backround. Quality experience desired but not essential some engineering knowledge (technician level) preferred. A Documentation Control Professional with  experience and analytical skills. A solid contributor with strengths in SAP, PDM, EFG, Excel, Medical Terminology, Project Management, Computers, Customer Service, Report Preparation, Data Entry, General Office Skills and excellent Written & Verbal Communication.

 

Daily activities will be varied and most projects will be short ( a few days) but there will be some core activities. Activities will include file cataloging and organization, Finished Good Documentation preparation in concert with an external finished goods EFG engineer, preparation of various data using using excel and generally supporting engineering staff on various administrative and simple technical tasks.

 

The person should also have good writing skills and be familiar with Microsoft word. Ability to work in a fast paced and intense environment is a strong plus.

 

Expected during of the position minimum  6 months duration.
