Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

* Master's degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.

* Three or more years work experience in reporting, modeling, market research, sales analysis, finance, statistics or related analytical area.

* Experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.

* Databases, data warehouse systems, data modeling and automation experience.

* Advanced level of MS Excel, MS Access and Visual Basic for Applications.

* Exposure to SAS.

* Excellent analytical skills, judgement and problem solving ability.

* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

* Creative, innovative with a desire to make changes and improvements.

* Strong sense of commitment and teamwork.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to superior quality work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Implement and coordinate tools, applications, models and reports for both third party and contract data for multiple managed market channels.

* Perform data extractions from the Company's data warehouse, contract data and third party data and provide decision support for the Company's internal customers, including contracting, managed markets, product management, market management, field sales and finance.

* Develop, automate and produce the Company's sales reports measuring the performance of the contracts and managed markets field force.

* Participate in operations associated with the Company's sales databases, including implementation, file creation, data validation and analysis.

* Interact with the company's external customers, including data vendors and co-promotion partners.

* Develop and maintain a strong and positive business relationship with key internal clients to clearly understand their business processes as well as their short and long term business objectives.

* Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications detailing the overall approach to be taken.
