Director Global Pricing & Reimbursement Pharmaceutical
Pharmaceutical company in Central NJ seeks a Director Global Pricing & Reimbursement. Manage a group of two others to lead the development of Global Pricing & Reimbursement strategies for all pipeline products in CNS & Immunology. Develop & evaluate various strategic options to optimize product value. Interface with Global & Regional Marketing teams, regional reimbursement groups, strategic planning & decision analysis, outcomes research & other functional areas to ensure that key information is incorporated in the pricing decision-making process. Perform pricing analysis on early stage compounds & licensing opporttunities to ensure appropriate commercial evaluation. Ensure the life cycle management initiatives talking into account Pricing & Reimbursement. Coordinate timely execution of high quality payer & pricing research programs. Ensure that appropriate analysis is being performed to support all Pricing decisions. Develop clear & specific recommendations that optimize product potential. Experience in areas related to pricing & reimbursement. Familiar with key pricing systems worldwide. Strong strategic thinking skills & ability to apply to business situations. Ability to analyze complex business issues. Strong financial modeling skills. Undergrad deg required. Masters degree a plus.
