A very exciting Biotech Company in Southern California is granting?immediate interviews for?qualified candidates for a?Quality Control Director position. This company?is currently clearing Phase III trials and going to registration one it 1st product by years end. This is a very exciting time to join this outstanding company who recently secured a large funding round. Outstanding relocation benefits will be offered for the winning candidate!

You will need:

- PhD with extensive analytical background?for Biotech.

- Protein chemistry?with antibody experience (not a?microbiologist running a QC Lab).

-?Minimum 15 years experience in a pharmaceutical QC environment; seven years minimum experience in a biotechnology/QC environment preferred.?

-? Recruits and retains a high quality staff to achieve high performance and cGMP compliance.

-? Minimum 10 years supervisory/management experience including hiring and performance management
