Responsibilities: This is a hands-on executive management position where you will be responsible for building the Sales Analytics / Sales force effectiveness and Business Intelligence function from the ground up.Work with cross-functional teams and executive management to accomplish goals.Lead company-wide effort to enhance analytic capabilities across the organization to address strategic and tactical sales and marketing issues.  Manage business intelligence tool to optimize data warehouse functionality.For new client implementation, serve as key client interface on matters pertaining to data, Segmentation & Targeting, Sales Forecasting, Sales Force Design, Territory Design, Sales & Marketing Effectiveness, and Marketing Research.Drive business and strategy development. Build and manage client relationships.Act as a key client interface to deliver data and reporting solutions of exceptional quality, value and impact to customers. Key role in preparation of effective quarterly reviews for clients which improve profitability and sales results. Function as a member of the team preparing proposals for new business with current and potential clients.  Serves as in-house subject matter expert on data and sales reporting, managing key elements in data warehouse and shaping data acquisition and data management strategies for the company. Manage sales analysis and market research vendors.

 

 

Requirements:Advanced degree in Statistics or related area is preferred, but overall relevant experience is most important.Demonstrated success / proven track record in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, Forecasting, Alignment, Call Planning and Targeting.Must have excellent Statistical and Data Modeling Skills.Experience considered will be gained working in either a Pharmaceutical Company or on the Vendor side.Familiarity with complex, large scale relational databases, statistical programs, and other tools to compile and interpret quantitative data.Ability to think strategically and creatively along with exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and cross-functionally. Excellence in project management. Results-oriented with a willingness to take on responsibility and initiative
