This your opportunity to shape a biostatistics department. We have a retained search for Executive Director / VP of Biostatistics for a growing biopharm company located outside of metro Boston that is engaged in the discovery and development of drugs for the treatment of human viral and other infectious diseases. Exciting compounds pending approval. You would lead a department of 10 including data management for a company that is in mid and late development with 2 compounds. One compound pending FDA approval late '06. Our client is looking for a manager and leader capable of bringing process and structure to a growing Biometrics department. The ideal candidate would have a PhD with a minimum of 15+ years mid-large pharma experience with 5 years management experience . Regulatory experience required. competitive compensation including generous stock options. Full relocation provided.
