Responsibilities:

Your primary role will be to lead, motivate and coach pharmaceutical sales representatives to achieve outstanding sales performance, as well as target key accounts. Additional responsibilities include recruiting, designing and implementing sales training programs, and sales data analysis and reporting. In this highly visible role you will regularly interact with senior management in many areas throughout the company.

 

Required Experience:

Qualified candidates will possess at least 10 years of proven and documented pharmaceutical sales and sales management success plus the following criteria: Well-rounded experience in pharmaceutical sales and sales management, at least 3 years in a pharmaceutical sales management role. Demonstrated sales management and leadership skills Knowledge and experience in managed care pull through. Established relationships with Infectious Disease, Internal Medicine, and Primary Care Physicians. Antibiotic selling experience is highly desirable.  Excellent communication skills, strong organization and time management skills, achievement oriented.

 

Preferred Experience & Training:Home office rotation in either sales training, marketing, or sales operations. Completion of a formal management training program.

 

Educational Background:

BA/BS required; Life Sciences degree a plus
