Document Management System Business Administrator

Kyowa Pharmaceutical Inc. (KPI) located in Princeton, New Jersey, is part of a Tokyo-based, $3 billion international Life Science and Biotechnology oriented company.  KPI specializes in R&D, manufacturing, and marketing of innovative pharmaceuticals including Neuorscience, Oncology, Immunology and Urology.

 

We are seeking a hands-on Business Administrator to maintain our global docuemntation system (Documentum), recrod retention and information services functions including electronic records retention processes.  Qualified individual will have a B.S with 2-5 yrs. in Regulatory Document Management in the pharmaceutical industry.Srong computer skills, including experience developing MS Word authoring templates and forms, Documentum and Adobe Acrobat are preferred.Some essential funtions follow: 

 Provides input into the implementation of document management and electronic publishing systems. Ensures compliance to the requirements from regulatory agencies. Assures procedures are in place to classify and maintain records. Interprets and enforces all documentation formatting, standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements. Provides customer support to resolve user?s issues and/or system errors as well as provide training for the US and UK users on the global document management system (Documentum).  Assists the global (US, UK, Japan) project team with the evaluation and implementation of document management tools and electronic publishing system. Creates, reviews and manages global electronic document management system procedures.

?Maintains and updates user account documentation for both US and UK users.

?Responsible for updating study specific information and creating functional area study profiles within the (Documentum) system.Supports the Global Team to develop and implement global procedures and processes for use of the system.Directly interfaces with  global development team to manage the preparation of scientific and regulatory documents critical to the success of regulatory submissions.
