Our client seeks a top-notch Clinical Study Manager go provide overall support and guidance to study teams on the use of InForm. Primary responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

Primarily provide overall support and guidance to study teams on the use of InForm (and possibly coordinating with other eCT technologies i.e.. eDiaries)

Work directly with SM Process and study teams to conduct InForm needs assessments

Assist with the design and pilot ad hoc solutions to InForm issues and/or needed changes to InForm systems or processes

Guide study teams on existing InForm processes/tools and best practices and point teams to information resources that already exist.

First line support to global InForm Study Management local experts

Ensure escalation of issues to appropriate help source outside of Study Management

Propose prioritization of changes to SM Process Owner for next cycle of change

Gather InForm learnings and feed back to InForm Process Refinement activities

Flag need for re-training, based on current InForm processes/tools. May assist InForm Study

Management Process Owner with giving the training

Assist with providing revisions to content of new InForm training

Qualifications/Minimum Required

(Education/Experience/Competencies):

- Bachelors level degree at minimum. Major course of study in a Science or Health related preferred

- Minimum 5 years experience in Clinical Study Management, Data Management, or Clinical Operations

- Strong direct experience with InForm eCRF tool used in the acquisition of clinical trial data

- Training experience preferred

- Demonstrated Competencies:

Demonstrated expertise in clinical study conduct/operational processes

Ability to work effectively with Study Team matrix
