Eastern Regional Sales Manager

Type: Full Time

Minimum Education: Bachelor?s Degree (Prefer science degree, but not essential)

Salary/Wages: Base + Commission. Mileage reimbursement, all business related expenses, Health Benefit Plan, 401K match, and all routine benefits. A company cell phone, office phone, and company notebook computer will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Sell P3 Scientific Scope of Services to companies in regulated industries, including but not limited to pharmaceutical, medical drug and medical device companies. This person will develop a business plan to increase recognition and gain commitment from these companies. Develop and deliver informative sales presentations based on customer needs and testing requirements. Develop creative sales strategies in order to create demand for P3 Scientific scope of services.

This person will operate from a remote location covering Eastern United States geography. You will report directly to the National Sales Manager. You must be self motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales expectations.

Qualifications:
B.S. degree in the Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Highly motivated individual that has demonstrated the ability to produce results while working independently and as a team member.

2 years previous sales experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Familiarity with how laboratory testing and CRO?s operate in regulated industries preferred.
