Will be responsible for assisting clinical evaluations and product support in the test market phase of the product development process. Key role in developing educational plan, educational programs, and marketing support materials for new products and procedures.

? Will assist in the clinical and early market evaluation of major new products. Will assist in the development of studies to facilitate early clinical reports, clinical project tracking and reporting during the study.

? Must be able to interact directly with clinical investigators to communicate and monitor the clinical objectives and findings of the project.

? Must advocate and facilitate submission of clinical experience to peer reviewed forums.

? Will work closely with CMF Project Teams on all aspects of clinical evaluation.

? Will play central role in developing and managing educational programs for Surgeons and OR staffs.

? Will develop support materials and programs to support market development.

? Travel estimates are between 25% and 35%.

? Must have a minimum of three years in a healthcare-related field or industry

? Bachelors Degree, preferably in a field relating to the healthcare industry.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

? Knowledge and experience with new product evaluation.

? Must have understanding of surgery and the O.R. environment

? Excellent written and oral communication skills

? Strong leadership qualities

? Excellent computer skills, particularly with database applications

? Basic understanding of statistics

? Must be highly motivated, well organized, creative, energetic, articulate, team oriented, analytical, professional, and self-confident.
