Engineering Project Manager, H2O Applications - global impact; unique cutting edge technologies

Right off the bat you'll manage and coordinate technical phases of projects related to the engineering and testing of a new drinking water purification system to be marketed in India. Other projects will follow, of course, and our company is small enough that you'll wear lots of hats; in fact, you can look forward to contributing beyond water applications. Like HaloSource in general, your role will be a combination of lab-based science and business-oriented project management.

To be a good fit for this role you'll have a BS in Chemical, Biochemical, or Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred) and at least five years of related engineering and project management experience in the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry. We're looking for a professional with a bias for action and results and demonstrated success leading a project from R&D to market. You'll also need experience managing $200K projects or larger, including budget responsibilities. A background in water treatment systems is strongly preferred, as is pilot plant operations experience and experience in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). International experience in developing countries is a strong plus.
