Environmental Monitoring Technician

Responsibilities:

 Perform environmental monitoring manufacturing processing areas with an emphasis on water systemsPrepare supplies required for environmental monitoringMaintain inventory of suppliesPerform data review.  Perform LIMS data entryPerform documentation change control as neededWill closely interact with and support manufacturing and quality personnel in terms of all aspects relating to environmental monitoring and quality auditingWill interface with FDA or other inspection authorities during cGMP inspectionsAll other duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Please note that this is not a laboratory position.

 

Qualifications:High school diploma required.  Associates or Bachelors degree in Microbiology or related science preferred.1 year of industry experience, including direct experience in QualityKnowledge of proper aseptic techniquesStrong knowledge of cGMP?sStrong communication and computer skills Flexibility in work hours; willing to work overtime as needed
