Field Service Engineer ? Celsis Rapid Detection Systems

The reliable operation of the instruments utilized in this testing is critical to the ongoing success of the Celsis Rapid Detection Systems division.

Responsibilities:

? Manage field service requirements for customers in North America and Latin America including;

o On site service visits for preventive maintenance (PM) and service calls

o Day-to-day field service responsibilities

o Analysis of instrument performance

o Identification of customer requirements

o Prepare and execute service related tools and materials to enhance the efficiency of our service offerings

o Participate in reporting processes

o Support ongoing needs of sales and technical customer facing teams

Education

? High school diploma

Previous experience in the following required:

? Minimum 7 years work experience

? Demonstrated ability in related technical competencies

? Must be fluent in Spanish (verbal and written), Portuguese a plus

? Ability to travel up to 80% with short notice

Previous experience in any of the following a plus:

? ISO processes and procedures

? Competitive salary based on previous experience
