Final Product Scheduler
Dendreon Corporation (Nasdaq: DNDN) is a biotechnology company whose mission is to target cancer and transform lives through the development of innovative cancer treatments. In addition to its immunotherapies in clinical and preclinical development for a variety of cancers, Dendreon's product pipeline also includes monoclonal antibody and small molecule product candidates. Dendreon has research and development alliances with Genentech, Inc., Abgenix, Inc. and Dyax Corp.
This FTE position will assist the Scheduling Supervisor in managing the creation and maintenance of final product schedules in support of clinical and commercial manufacturing.
Description: Develop and maintain final product schedules in support of clinical trials and commercial manufacturing Coordinate activities in support of clinical scheduling with clinical site staff, leukapheresis staff, third party transportation providers, supply operations staff, contract manufacturing staff, manufacturing staff, and infusion staff Coordinate activities in support of commercial scheduling with call center staff, leukapheresis staff, third party transportation providers, supply operations staff, and manufacturing staff Create and maintain customer party records in the Oracle ERP system Create and maintain sales orders and the associated workflows in the Oracle ERP system Create and maintain subject and patient schedules in the Final Product Scheduling system Assist the Scheduling Supervisor with department projects as required
Requirements: Minimum two years experience in Production or Clinical Scheduling and/or Planning required ideally within a cGMP manufacturing environment Material management system knowledge preferred Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The job is performed in a normal office This job may be required to work a variety of shifts (day/night)
