Form Fill Seal Supervisor

Job Description: 2nd shift position (2pm - 10pm) - Responsible for managing the FFS Operation to include the supervision of four 12-hour crews that cover a 7-day/24 hour Form/Fill/Seal operation.? Supervision responsibilities will include: the training of new operators; the completion and administration of performance evaluations; employee coaching/counseling; maintaining production above standard; resolution of technical issues; and implementation of Lean concepts.? Position will involve daily interaction with various departments.

Qualifications:
BS Degree.?
5 years of sterile manufacturing experience or support of sterile manufacturing required.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to include the ability to assertively resolve challenges and to facilitate communication/interaction with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrate ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
Must be flexible and be available for weekend calls.
Proven leadership abilities.
Mechanical aptitude required.
Demonstrate understanding of Lean concepts.
