We have an excellent opportunity for a Government Analysis Manager at our corporate headquarters in Lincolnshire, IL.

You will perform the following functions in this key role:
Support the Government Affairs department by providing business impact analysis of changes in government reimbursement, regulations, policy and programming initiatives.
Assist Government Affairs management in staying abreast of the wide scope of data, trends, legislation, and issues effecting TPNA products in the government arena.
Provide business impact and financial analysis of government reimbursement, regulatory, policy and program initiatives at the federal and state level.
Track changes and impact to business for Medicare A, B, C and D. Based on changes and impact recommend strategy.
Track changes to reimbursement at federal and state level. Provide impact reports and recommend strategy based on these changes.
Secure and evaluate government data and integrate with commercial data as needed.
Design and provide reports for management and field, using external data sources, based on government run programs that purchase prescription drugs (i.e. Medicaid).
Design and provide government program participation scenarios regarding Medicare, Medicaid, Senior Programs, PAP program changes.
Support the field Government Affairs Managers with ad hoc reporting assistance.
Interface with the IT department to represent Government Affairs needs regarding the collection and use of information.
Manage third party vendor relationships (i.e. DNA, State and Federal, State net and others as needed).
Analyze problems, develop and implement plan of resolution.
Analyze a wide variety of hardware, software and application issues to determine corrective action.
Substantial interactions with home office management and field-based personnel (particularly NAPT staff) as part of cross-functional teams to analyze and influence impact of legislative and regulatory initiatives on company's business.


You must possess the following requirements and experience to succeed in this position:
B.A. or B.S. required.
Minimum of 5 years experience developing and analyzing reports, presentations, and business plans.
Experience with financial analysis including cost and pricing analysis.
Experience with Government reimbursement, regulation and policies.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
MBA is desirable.
Should have the ability to analyze a wide variety of hardware, software and application issues to determine corrective action.
