Description

Calculate government pricing; Government contract rebate processing, analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Government Pricing (50%)
* Obtain all relevant information / data and calculate quarterly and Annual Non-FAMP (Non Federal Average Manufacturing Price) information
* FCP (Federal Ceiling Price) calculations
* Report quarterly Non-FAMP and FCP calculations to the General Services Administration
* Quarterly GSA-72 report and IFF (Industrial Funding Fee) payment
* Calculate and communicate quarterly PHS (Public Health Service) pricing
* Obtain all relevant information and calculate Average Manufacturing Price (AMP).
o AMP to General Ledger (GL) reconciliation's.
o CMS, and state quarterly reporting of AMP and BP (Best Price).

Government Contracts (25%)
* Review SPAP and Supplemental contracts;
* Process Rebates (Medicaid, SPAP, State, and Supplemental programs)
* ROSI (Reconciliation Of State Invoice);
* PQAS (Prior Quarter Adjustment Statements);

Systems Maintenance (15%)
* Update I-Many Medicaid system
o Pricing Information
o Product additions and deletions
o Contract Information
o Rebate formulas
* MDRI (Medicaid Drug Rebate Initiative) system maintenance

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years relevant work experience. Experience in the following areas a plus:
* AMP calculation
* BP determination
* NFAMP calculation
* PHS Pricing
* Class of Trade Schema
* Maintenance of Customer, Product and Pricing Master Databases
* SPAP eligibility checks
* PHS eligibility checks

Experience with I-Many GP, CARS Medicaid, CARS/IS, Model N and other government/commercial contract, discount and rebate management systems. Experience with SAP and SQL a plus.

Microsoft Office 2000; Microsoft Office XP; SAP; I-Many Medicaid; Government Pricing systems

Strong analytical, quantitative and data analysis skills, including exquisite command of Access and Excel applications, preferably with some SQL experience as well.

Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision. Organize and prioritize workflow to meet assigned needs and deadlines.

Must be able to create database searches to review large amount of data for accurateness. Must be able to support calculations during reviews.
Must be effective at communicating outcomes of complex analyses.
