HR Generalist

We currently have an opening for the following position in Human Resources as a Recruiter/Generalist.  We have many exciting initiatives planned to roll out in 2006.  Energetic person needed to work in a team environment to develop and deliver on several initiatives designed to take Lannett to a new level of success.  Major responsibilities of this position will be recruiting and other employment related activity.  The position will identify, screen, interview & recommend candidates for all positions.  This position will have access to Sr. Management and must be able to effectively build consensus, persuade stakeholders and communicate with all levels of the organization.  Will be involved in developing/enhancing recruiting strategies and employment procedures & processes.
