Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct health outcomes research including designing research protocols, preparing statistical analysis plans, executing and managing protocols, analyzing and interpreting results using expertise in econometrics and biostatistics, preparing technical reports and manuscripts for internal, external and peer review communication.  Collaborate productively with fellow researchers on, retrospective and prospective research including a variety of databases such as, medical, laboratory and pharmacy claims, medical records, patient reported outcomes and predictive modeling. Plan, organize and schedule multiple activities to meet research objectives.Communicate effectively with business partners, internal cross functional teams and external customers. Author abstracts, posters and manuscripts for peer reviewed meetings and journals to be presented at national conferences. Interface with key opinion leaders and business partners to build and enhance long-term research relationships.

 

Qualifications: Minimum of Master?s level research training in the field of health services research, health economics, pharmacoeconomics, or related field. Clinical degree (Pharm.D, RPh, RN, MD, PA) with relevant research experience also considered.PhD preferred.

 

Education/Experience:Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry or related experience. Minimum of 5 years experience in health economics and/or outcomes research experience. Demonstrated peer-reviewed publication history. Ability to work within and lead cross-functional teams
