This is an IT Project Lead level position available with our client - a very successful Global Pharmaceutical company based in New Jersey (NJ). This position has tremendous potential for growth, is a highly visible and very critical position.  Salary (depending upon depth of experience) can range from $90k-$105k plus 10% bonus and very attractive benefits.  All inquiries will held in strict confidence in accordance with our privacy policy..

COMPENSATION:  $90,000 to $105,000 Plus 10% Bonus and Attractive Benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:In this role you will be responsible for planning and leading projects for the company?s Siebel applications. You will partner with the business community, IT team members and IT Management to strategically improve business processes through the use of Siebel technology automation.  You will utilizes systems analysis and project management skills in the specification, evaluation, implementation, and validation of computer based sales and marketing systems with responsibility for technology consulting, providing project-related services, and providing leadership and mentoring to other members of the IT team. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:7 + years experience in systems analysis and implementation with in depth design and systems application experience.At least 3 years experience as a project/technical lead, working with Siebel  technologies/processes, preferably in a Pharmaceutical sales/marketing environmentTechnical skills with Siebel 7.5x or higher (prefer 7.8 configuration experience), Siebel Tools, EIM, Siebel VB, Siebel eScript, Oracle 8i (or above) PL/SQL procedures and Unix shellFamiliarity with FDA regulations regarding computer systems validation; Experience in relational database design and implementationExperience managing/leading a team of 3 or more direct reports
