IT Team Leader

In this role you will be responsible for planning and leading projects for our Siebel applications. You will partner with the business community, IT team members and IT Management to strategically improve business processes through the use of Siebel technology automation.  The IT Team Leader utilizes systems analysis and project management skills in the specification, evaluation, implementation, and validation of computer based systems. The IT Team Leader organizes and manages technology consulting, provides project-related services, and provides leadership and mentoring to other members of the IT team.  This position will have two direct reports.
Qualifications
BS Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent demonstrated experience; Ten or more years experience in systems analysis and implementation In depth design and systems application experience; Experience with several functional business areas in an enterprise-wide application system comparable to the technical and application architecture; Minimum 3 years experience as a project/technical lead, working with Siebel  technologies/processes, preferably in a Pharmaceutical sales/marketing environment; Ideally candidate would have experience with Siebel 7.5x or higher (prefer 7.8 configuration experience), Siebel Tools, EIM, Siebel VB, Siebel eScript, Oracle 8i (or above) PL/SQL procedures and Unix shell scripting experience; Understanding of good programming practices and methodologies; Solid business process understanding; Familiarity with FDA regulations regarding computer systems validation; Experience in relational database design and implementation; Experience managing/leading a team of 3 or more direct reports; Effective listening and excellent oral and written communication skills; Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships and fundamental belief in teamwork and interdependence; Critical competencies:  creativity, innovative management, integrity and trust, directing others, priority setting, decision quality, customer focus, process management, organizing and planning.
