The company offers great benefits in an informal environment in the beautiful Lakes Region of New Hampshire.  We are currently seeking an INK DEVELOPER/INK CHEMIST.

 

Candidate participates in and contributes to all aspects of ink development and scale-up, including both fundamental and short term research.  Makes ink formulations and performs all laboratory testing, including adhesion, hardness, weathering and stability. Develops new tests as needed.  Assists in commercial scale-up of inks, sets specifications, and teaches new test methods to manufacturing associates. Uses and maintains commercial printer as a research tool. This position involves laboratory work, interaction with manufacturing, customers and suppliers.

 

Excellent laboratory skills  and ability to keep a lab notebook are required.

 

Candidates will hold a BS in Chemistry with at least 5 years experience in UV inks or coatings OR a Ph.D in organic or polymer chemistry with experience in UV curable inks or coatings.  Screen Printing experience highly desirable.
