Under team leader supervision, with management oversight, perform DynaCAD upgrade software from 1.0-1.1

- Remotely connect (via the Internet) to our DynaCAD customer"&tm;s workstation to upgrade the DynaCAD software from 1.0 to 1.1. This is to be done on our current installed base of 300 customers.
- The goal will be to do 1-2 systems per day.
- A secondary job responsibility will be to configure our trade show computers.
- This entails loading the current DynaCAD version and appropriate tutorials.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of DynaCAD software
- Strong oral and written communication skills within a team context and with external research collaborators.

Required Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor"&tm;s degree in electrical, biomedical engineering or physics.
