Our client in Maryland, a RAPIDLY GROWING and LEADING innovative biotechnology company, is actively seeking qualified candidates for the role of MANUFACTURING DIRECTOR to help with their CUTTING EDGE genetic and biopharmaceutical product line.  In this rewarding position, you will be responsible for managing a production team, strategically providing direction for their proprietary lines, as well as for assisting with their contract manufacturing business.

CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITION SHOULD POSSESS:

 

1)  BS with at least 8+ years in a cGMP environment either within vaccines, gene therapy, monoclonal antibodies, or proteins

 

2)  Strong understanding of facilities

 

3)  Knowledge of large scale bioreactors (>100L?s), protein/vector purification, UF/DF/TFF, column chromatography, and disposable bioreactors (a plus)
