MDC Postdoctoral Fellow, Stem Cells (SK)
We are seeking a highly motivated individuals with Ph.D. degrees to join the stem cell and chromatin research lab in Cambridge, MA. This individual will conduct research directed toward understanding the genetic and epigenetic mechanisms that regulate stem cell proliferation / differentiation / dedifferentiation, and will develop novel assays for target validation and high-throughput screen of chemical compounds. The position offers a unique opportunity for a talented scientist to work in a dynamic and innovative environment and to develop their career at the interphase of basic research and drug discovery.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have obtained a recent Ph.D. either in Biology, Molecular Biology, and/or Biochemistry. Prior experience in a related field a plus (high throughput screening, embryonic stem cell culture, FACS, fluorescence microscopy). Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and publication records, and must be able to work in a highly collaborative manner.
