The Manager of Advanced Analytics leads the Advanced Analytics team to provide key analytical recommendations to the President, Executive Vice President, Vice Presidents and Directors of Sales and Marketing, Field Management and MIS at TAP Holdings Inc.

Specific responsibilities include:
Ultimate responsibility for Advanced Analytics staff and projects.
Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate all Advanced Analytics Associates.
Assess department workload and make recommendations for additional resources.
Administer TAP's sales force quarterly incentive bonus plan and sales contests by accounting for complexities of plan design, HR eligibility criteria, and TAP corporate objectives by managing to a budget of $75MM.
Design TAP sales incentive bonus plans and sales contests which motivate sales force behavior, and balance equity, HR regulations and strategic corporate goals.
Design, optimize and administer physician call plans for TAP's entire sales force.
Develop sales goals that balance equity, motivation, analytical rigor and TAP corporate objectives.
Provide key analytical recommendations to the President, Executive Vice President, Vice Presidents and Directors of Sales and Marketing at TAP Holdings Inc. with a focus on Sales team performance and productivity.
Provide TAP senior sales management with high level analyses utilizing complex statistical methods to enable corporate level decisions with a focus on the Field Sales Teams.
Develop optimization models to estimate incentive compensation payouts which address budget compliance, reduce sales force turnover and achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
Improve sales force structure and territory alignments by providing key analytics which drive sales productivity and corporate performance.
Perform exposure and risk analysis to forecast sales force performance against key metrics.
Establish and maintain sales validation procedures for data supplied by outside vendors.
Drive enhancement and maintenance of sales databases in collaboration with MIS to ensure data integrity and future business needs.
Mentor and train Sales Analysts and Sales Administration colleagues on key analytical frameworks and tools.
Train and mentor sales management and field sales personnel on incentive plan design, goal setting and call plans established by the Advanced Analytics department.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree/MBA preferred.
6+ years quantitative analysis experience or 3-5 years of business consulting experience (Quantitative analysis may include sales analysis, financial analysis, marketing or related experience).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to train peers and customers on advanced statistics, regression, and optimization modeling.
In-depth, highly technical analysis and decision making skills/aptitude.
Technical analysis using advanced statistics, regression and optimization modeling.
Strong decision making skills/aptitude coupled with a fundamental understanding of analytical tools.
Advanced expertise in Excel, Access and Power Point essential.
Resource organization, project planning skills, ability to prioritize project work and multi-task.
3+ years of project team leadership and project management experience.
Sales experience desired.
Comprehensive understanding of secondary prescription data essential.
3 or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
Ability to merge and analyze data from all reporting systems.
