Position Description:

Individual will be in charge of implementing and validating new assays. Additional responsibilities include equipment and software qualification as well as writing of technical reports, summaries, validation protocols and reports. Data generated will be interpreted and recorded in lab notebooks and/or serology data sheets. Must comply with cGMP/GLP policies and procedures, and other regulations as appropriate. Individual will maintain familiarity with current scientific literature and will contribute to the process of a project within his or her scientific discipline, as well as investigating, creating and developing new methods and technologies for project advancement. Will act as principal investigator in conducting his or her own experiments. Position essentially supports the implementation, validation and automation of biological assays for the measurement of Flu Pandemic antibodies.

Qualifications:

Master degree (MS) of science or advanced degree in a scientific discipline with 1-2 year related experience. Requires good analytical skills and must have a good background in Immunology.
