Manager, Forecasting (Pharmaceutical)

A Bachelors degree is required/MBA preferred with business, marketing, or finance discipline.  Minimum of 3-5 years of market analysis, commercial analysis, competitive intelligence, and or/research is required.  Supervisory experience highly desired.  Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.  In-depth knowledge and understanding of secondary data sources and their use. Strong technical (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to gather, interpret and develop analyses from significant volumes of data required. Ability to apply structured problem solving approaches to define, analyze, and develop alternatives to business problems.  Strong demonstrated interpersonal skills.  Ability to convert data into insights and communicate clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.  Demonstrated organizational, team management, and leadership skills.  Ability to manage multiple analytical assignments simultaneously and ensure integration across teams is appropriate.

 

BS/BA required/MBA preferred.In-depth knowledge/understanding of primary Forecasting techniques/ methodologies & their  application.In-depth knowledge understanding of secondary data sources & their use.Possess strong analytical & technical skills with the ability to communicate information clearly &  concisely. Ability to manage/train/develop & motivate Forecast Professionals.Minimum of 2-3 years Pharmaceutical Forecasting experience required.Ability to prioritize assignments, modify action plan & determine appropriate data sources.
