Manager, Global Regulatory Compliance
This position is responsible for all operational aspects in support of R & D auditing activities for Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Computer System Validation regulations and internal policies. It plans and manages complex projects and prioritizes department workload as well as provides technical and strategic input for compliance/regulatory decisions. It monitors, evaluates, and interprets all applicable regulatory requirements and assures compliance with Allergan and external standards. It also provides direct supervision of individuals including mentoring, performance management and staffing decisions and hosts regulatory inspections.
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree and nine years experience, Masters degree with a minimum of seven years experience or PhD with a minimum of four years direct compliance experience.
Experience with managing people directly.
Expert regulatory knowledge, scientific knowledge, and ability to oversee multiple projects in a matrix team environment.
