Position Description:

The Monitoring Manager is a Member of the Clinical Team. He/she will be responsible for initiating, managing and closing out clinical studies in line with specifric protocol needs and in accordance with the Company SOPs and appropriate standards. The incumbent will be responsible for managing issues at investigator sites, with the support of other Clinical Team Members where appropriate.

Depending on experience and individual interest, the incumbent may be asked to take on additional responsibility within the Clinical Team as needed. This will depend on the size and scope of the clinical project and individual preference.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse; BA/BS in Biology, LIfe Science, or related field of study; 2 years relevant industry experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team; strong interpersonal skills.
