Manager, Technology Transfer for this fast growing North Carolina based pharmaceutical company

MANAGER, TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER: Manages the technology transfer of products from development into manufacturing by coordinating the activities of R&D, the Pilot Plant and Manufacturing.

 

Establishes and maintains a schedule for all projects moving through the technology transfer phase.

 

Establishes new product phase-in teams as required by the current schedule.

 

Directs the activities of the new product phase-in teams as necessary.

 

Insures that product master changes are executed on a timely basis and the most favorable processes are reflected during the technology transfer phase.

 

Partners with specific functional teams to insure the execution of crucial technology transfer activities.

 

Insures that all phase gate review activities occur and that formal approvals have been received prior to authorizing the continuation of the technology transfer.

 

Coordinates the preparation and completion of a transfer dossier for each new product phase-in that occurs.
