Job Description
Training Manager for Advanced skills is a high visibility role in King Pharmaceuticals, and one which directly impacts the field sales force. He/she will have responsibility for the design and the implementation advanced sales representative curriculum ( King University 401 and Career Pathways training requirements), focusing on field sales and field sales managers and playing an integral role in both field sales management and field sales training initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Develop, maintain, evaluate and frequently facilitate advanced sales representative curricula ( King University 401)
? Update and maintain career pathway training selectors
? Facilitate managed care/selling skills training initiatives
? Maintain working knowledge of at least one product to act as back-up to Product Training Managers
? Work with key departments (Marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, Medical) to ensure blended approach to learning
? Work with vendors for the development of training materials
? Work closely with internal team members


Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in science or education preferred, with 3-5 years industry sales experience.
