Responsibilities:
Ensure all QC Microbiology operations are conducted according to cGMP
Manage all microbiological testing of raw materials, finished product, stability samples, and environmental monitoring
Conduct all Laboratory investigations (OOS/deviation) and ensure proper documentation
Maintain CAPA
Prepare annual budget for the Lab
Maintain lab materials, supplies, and equipment
Mentor and coach subordinates

Requirements:
B.S. or M.S. in biology, preferably Microbiology combined with 5+ years of laboratory experience
Minimum of 1-3 years experience working in a GMP environment
Previous supervisory experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
