Manufacturing Associate, Downstream/Protein Purification Manufacturing


This associate is responsible for conducting protein purification clinical production under GMP guidelines including the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and processes. Responsibilities also include documenting manufacturing processes, cleaning and conducting basic maintenance of process equipment and coordinating repairs.

The position requires a B.S. in Biology or Biochemistry and a minimum of 4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Expertise in column chromatography and UF/DF and applied knowledge of cGMPs, detail orientation, communication skills, problem-solving ability and teamwork are required. A willingness to work flexible hours and shifts is important.
