Our client an award winning, aggressively growing Greater New Haven based Biotech seeks a Manufacturing Associate Team Leader/Supervisor. Our client is enlarging its manufacturing team due to the tremendous increase in demand for its products and services, which are sold into cutting-edge research environments around the world. The right candidate will have 3-5 years leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or medical products industry, specifically in a manufacturing environment. Primary duties will include performing production process development, detection analysis and quality testing of reagent production. Requirements: BS or MS in biology or chemistry. 3-5 years industry experience. Knowledge of GMP. Excellent interpersonal communications skills.

 

Salary $40,000-$60,000 with excellent benefits.
