We are currently seeking temporary Manufacturing Technicians. These positions will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team of scientists and engineers who are dedicated to the development of novel drug delivery technologies with the potential to revolutionize the treatment of several common diseases.

Responsibilities:
? Manufacture supplies for pre-clinical and clinical studies
? Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment
? Follow detailed manufacturing protocols to enable timely cGMP compliant production of quality products
? Write manufacturing and standard operating procedures and methods
? Work together with quality assurance to complete documentation associated with production of GLP and GMP supplies
? Collaborate with analytical testing department during submission and testing of experimental and manufacturing samples
? Document and maintain records to cGMP and GLP standards
? Support process development group to conduct experiments, execute experimental protocols, and refine manufacturing techniques
? Participate in the analysis and presentation of experimental results in project team meetings
? Maintain accurate and thorough notebooks
Skills Required:
? Must be able to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking and cross-functional environment
? Good interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction among all project teams
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Excellent foundation in general laboratory bench skills
? Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
? Detailed notebook taking and other documentation skills
? Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details
? Self starter who takes initiative and is able to work with minimal supervision
? Must possess good mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot on technical and process related issues
? Knowledge of GLP and cGMP regulations

Skills, Experience:
? AA in Life Sciences, Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years biopharmaceutical or medical device company laboratory and/or engineering experience
? Previous employment in the manufacturing group of a pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device company
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Proficiency with various computer software programs including Microsoft Excel and Word is required
