Job Title(s): Project Leader / Associate Director / Director (multiple positions at several levels within the organization. Level will be determined based on experience).
Location(s): Bridgewater (NJ), Doylestown (PA) and Scottsdale (AZ).


Responsibilities:Work with current and prospective client companies to define project needs, develop strong customer relationships and relentlessly focus on meeting their evolving needs. Constantly seek to understand their most critical issues and develop creative approaches to providing them market insights into these issues. Work on client projects to specify research methodologies; sampling procedures, design instruments to capture information from defined populations; analyze primary and secondary data to yield insights; participate in presenting results to clients, along with implications and recommendations. Manage complete project life cycle, including project planning and resource allocation. Assist in setting overall project direction, including assessment of the skill levels and gaps for each junior market research team member and provide required mentorship. Provide consultation on projects, support writing of market research proposals, client deliverables and assist on analyses, as necessary across professional services teams within marketRx. Provide ad hoc assistance on all project related queries across professional services teams. Lead the growth of Market Research business by focusing on expanding the depth of presence with existing customers and expanding our reach to new accounts. Promote the image of marketRx within the market research community and coordinate with other organizations to promote appropriate research practices within the pharmaceutical industry.Strengthen and build marketRx's intellectual property position as they relate to marketRx's current and future products and services.


Qualifications:Education in Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Methods, Business Administration, Psychology, Research Methodology, MMR (Market Research) is preferred. Experience using SPSS, MS-Excel, MS-Access and Latent Gold. Prior experience in pharmaceutical Market Research and project/client management in the business consulting industry or as a service provider is strongly preferred. Strong relationship building experience coupled with project delivery experience in quantitative primary data in the pharmaceutical space. Ability to generate and execute specific revenue targets and years of experience determines level within the organization. Demonstrated ability to be a part of a high-performance team, delivering high quality work and outstanding customer service.
