We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, dynamic professional in our Ridgefield, NJ facility:

Metrology Supervisor
? Schedule, Review, and Approve all Scheduled, Emergency, and Corrective Calibration Documentation for accuracy and completeness
? Provide troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for instrumentation and process controls
? Approve instrument acquisitions, assessing the classification, tolerance, and calibration intervals based on the intended use of the instrumentation and compliance with the Calibration Program
? Supervise Instrumentation Technicians & schedule daily activities
? Investigate out of tolerance conditions
? Perform test accuracy & test uncertainty calculations
? Coordinate shutdown activities as related to instrumentation and process controls

Basic Qualifications:
? B.S. degree in Engineering or Science
? 5 years of metrology experience in the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry (GMP)
? 5 years of experience with metrology documentation systems, calibration management software, cGMP, process controls, instrumentation, PLC?s, and single loop controllers.
