Help OnCall be a leader in the Pharmaceutical industry by acting as the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative who serves customers; services existing accounts, obtains orders; focuses sales efforts on specific customers; submits orders; keeps management informed of competitive activities; monitors competition; recommends changes in products, service, and policy; resolves customer complaints.

Qualifications



Great closer.


Must thrive in a cold calling environment.


Comfortable opening new accounts.


Travel throughout Northern California and Oregon.


Presents information effectively and persuasively across communication settings.


Is attentive to the needs of customers. Responds quickly and competently to customer requests.


Capable negotiator. Clearly communicates goals, interests, and positions during discussions.


Can explain product features and benefits. Is familiar with competitors' products.


Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.


Has a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.


Has drive and motivation to sell aggressively.


Generates leads through planning and persistence.


Experience selling products and services to major accounts in a designated region.


Is self-assured and confident in a variety of settings. Has a strong belief in own capabilities.


Six figure bonus potential in addition to base compensation.
