Night Shift Process Engineer

NIGHT SHIFT PROCESS ENGINEER

 

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, plus direct chemical manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical production environment, familiarity with cGMP requirements and FDA compliance necessary. Experience in working with Chemical Operations. Work will include working with chemicals to produce pharmaceutical intermediates as well as final API's. We are looking for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Manufacturing experience (not final dosage). Knowledge of Q7A. Experience on the floor eg, shift supervisor or process demonstrations. Good understanding of cGMPs, validation (process and or cleanout).

 

DUTIES:

 

50% -  Data collection and tracking. Oversee plant operations.

20% - Operating procedure changes, P&ID configuration control.

20% - Process design, create P&ID's, bid documents, oversee modifications.

10% - Misc. overhead support of facility.

 

Candidate will be on a day shift for training and then will convert to a graveyard shift.
