Relevant Work Experience: 1+ to 2 Years

Apply advanced engineering and scientific principles to the evaluation and solution of technical problems. Identify the most effective, cost efficient, and best practices to execute processes

Requirements:

Bachelors degree (Pharmacy or Managerial discipline preferred).
2+ years pharmaceutical management required.
Must have a highly developed business acumen, proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), demonstrated management of multiple priorities and personnel at different stages of their development.
Strong internal and external communications and presentation skills.
Must demonstrate leadership, willingness to change and lead change in others.
If not currently possessed, the incumbent will have to obtain six sigma black belt certification within 12 months.
