Pharmaceutical District Manager

My client is a top 15 global pharmaceutical company looking for a candidate to successfully come on board as a District Manager for the Mobile, Alabama territory.

Therapeutic areas include Allergy, Respiratory and Anti-infectives.

This organization values individual performance, has a team atmosphere, is large enough to offer development into multiple specialty segments and has a strong pipeline of future therapeutic products.
Job Description and Responsibilities:

The physical territory will be Mobile, Alabama based.

Travel:Up to 25% travel may be required for this position.

Requirements:
? Bachelors Degree (business or life sciences preferred).
? 2+ years of top performing Pharmaceutical Management experience.
? Demonstrated leadership capabilities, and written & oral communications skills.
? Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a Region.
? Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
? Demonstrated facilitation and negotiation skills.
? Proven track record of results.

Salary and Benefits:
? 80-120+K base (tiered by experience)
? 35K bonus at plan, uncapped
? Highly competitive additional compensation package and benefits
