Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

This position will supervise 30-40 employees in the manufacturing of solid or liquid dosage form pharmaceutical drugs.  This includes overseeing employee morale, assigning tasks and adjusting workloads to meet production goals, scheduling and monitoring training and assessing progress, monitoring quality and assisting in solving challenges, and utilizing proven leadership skills in solving complex manufacturing/packaging problems with associates.   

 

Qualifications:

? BA/BS degree required.

? Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role

? Prior experience in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical drugs and working knowledge of cGMP standards are a must.

? Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

? Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment are critical.
