Pharmaceutical QC Supervisor

Pharmaceutical company in Charlotte area needs a 2nd shift QC Lab Supervisor.

 

-Supervise and train lab personnel, direct flow of lab operation, test product samples for release.

-Establish and enforce policies and procedures to ensure completion of testing and document according to company policy, cGMPs, GLPs, and regulatory requirements.

-Administer incoming RM, In-process, and FP communicating with Tech Ops, R&D, QA, and other departments.

-Coordinate IQ, OQ, PQ, preventative maintenance, and other validation operations, and calibration program

-Conduct LIRs

-coordinate samples and paperwork for all samples, review data as testing completed

-Review and approve COAs, and stability reports. Coordinate Customer Complaint Investigation, product testing on competition samples, marketing new product samples, R&D, and PE pilot samples

 

Minimum Requirements:

BS in Chemistry or related field, MS preferred

5 PLUS years analytical lab experience with at least 1 in LEAD role. Previous supervisory experience and Pharmaceutical manufacturing a plus. Familiar with cGMPs, and GLPs.

 

Strong written and verbal communication, math, computer, and organizational skills REQUIRED.

Knowledge of specific regulatory requirements related to Pharma QC testing required
