Pharmaceutical Sales Training Consultant

  Please send resumes in Word format We are currently recruiting for Analysts and Consultants to join our Sales practice.  This individual will work with project teams supporting Campbell's pharmaceutical clients. The ideal candidate will have a combination of experience from working with:
The sales training function of a pharmaceutical company, or
A management consulting firm in the pharma/life sciences arena

 

Appropriate candidates will have strong qualitative and presentation skills and the ability to assess client needs and craft strategic recommendations through effectively written presentations.  Experience working within a sales training or sales force effectiveness function is highly preferred, as is experience working as a liaison between the sales and marketing departments of a pharma company.  A MBA is highly preferred.
