Job Shift: First Shift (Day)

Need a Scientist with solid dose Pharmaceutical (OTC/RX, and VMS) solid dose experience.

2-3 years Formulations experience required.

Develop new products and processes

set specs and operating parameters before validation

Develop new formulas utilizing marketing profiles

Run/Monitor pilot lab batches, scale-up batches, and engineering studies of formulations

Write engineering protocols/reports

Draft Master Formulas based on scale up batch/engineering study

Help troubleshoot manufacturing problems of newly developed products

Project management

Qualifications:

BS Chemistry/Life Science

2 years minimum pharmaceutical experience or advanced degree in Pharmaceutical science

Ability to produce accurate documents in timely manner, attention to detail KEY.

Ability to handle projects with minimum supervision

Handle multiple projects use project prioritization and marketing timelines

Thorough knowledge of cGMPs and Regulatory guidelines

Must be able to represent the NPD groups in professional manner

Strong Computer skills and familiarity with MS Word and Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
